Groundskeeper/Porter Monroe Group is looking for a Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team! We are seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to help the curb maintain the property curb appeal ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, and has an eye for details. This position provides a great opportunity to work to learn and promote into a Maintenance Technician position. Must enjoy working with people and have a passion for customer service! Summary: Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, of the community grounds. Specific responsibilities include: Work with landscapers to maintain the flower beds, plants and grass Pick up trash Remove Snow (as applicable) Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness Completes exterior work order's Assist maintenance team with make-ready's REQUIREMENTS for consideration are: High School diploma or equivalent English language proficiency (read, speak and write) The ability to pass a full background check Where is the job located?
