Part - time maintenance position

Condo association is looking for someone to fill a part-time maintenance position. Must live close to Ghent, WV and have reliable transportation. Qualified candidate will have general weekly job duties and extra repair jobs as required. Must have transportation and general handyman skills like replacing deck boards and minor electrical work. Also, very important to be capable of repairing water pipes and drain lines. Base pay for up to 40 hours a month of work is $750, paid by the hour for any work required over that amount.
