The Receptionist, reporting to the Sales Manager, will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, mail distribution, and providing additional clerical support. Job Responsibilities • Welcoming on-site guests, determine the nature of their business, and announces guest to appropriate personnel • Answering incoming telephone calls, screening the purpose of the request, and forwarding the call to appropriate personnel or department • Assist with clerical duties to include faxing, copying, and organizing/maintaining files • Ensure the main voicemail reflects office closings, special events as well as posting office closed signs. Answering questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information requested • Receives and delivers mail to Office Manager • Maintaining the Rotation board • Next day Customer Delivery confirmation calls • Customer Delivery Orientation • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization • Collects, organizes, and accounts for previous business days’ sales and greeters logs Additional Duties: • Support administrative and special projects requirements, as assigned • Other duties as assigned Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED • 1 to 3 months of related experience and training • Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered Compensation • $11-$14 per hour, dependent on experience Schedule • Part-time to Full-time Available (25-40 hours per week)
