Register for Your Second Dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine If you received the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine (you can find out from your white vaccine card you received when you got your first shot), you will need to register for this bus. Please fill out the registration form, and indicate that you received the Pfizer Vaccine. The process will be the same as when you received the first dose. Please arrive at the Check-In location at your registered time. If you received the Moderna Vaccine, please register here for the other Second Dose and select your preferred time. Thank you!
