*************************** IMMEDIATE NEED *************************** The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a highly skilled HVAC certified Maintenance Technician at The Terraces at Metairie I & III. Duties: • Prepare apartment units to move-in ready condition • Performs various community maintenance functions • Responds to resident service requests and issues • Maintain activity log • Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager Requirements: • 1+ years of maintenance, make ready, painting, pool and HVAC experience • HVAC certification is needed • MUST be able to perform on-call responsibilities • Industry experience is extremely helpful $18/hr Excellent Benefits 35% Rental Discount Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume to [email protected] or visit our career center at to complete an online application for immediate consideration.
