Whatever your speed, Fairway Social has something for you. We have 11 simulators that bolster golf and 13 other multisport games, a Back Nine Putting Experience, Dinning Room, Luxury Lounge, Champions Club and more while offering a Chef Inspired menu comprised of golf traditions and southern flair. Key Responsibilities We are looking for kitchen associates that can work in a fast paced environment and contribute to the overall experience of the guests by maintaining a first-in-class culinary expereince. Kitchen Manager: Key Responsibilities - Providing professional leadership, development and direction to kitchen staff. - Ensure all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet TopGolf standards and commitment to quality. - Maintain a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen while using proper food handling techniques. - Being knowledgeable of local, state and federal health standards. - Understand, monitor and control inventory and labor cost - Lifting up to 50 pounds and walking or standing for extended periods of time Line Cook - Prepare and cook delicious meals following our recipes - Flexibility to work several different stations (Grill, Pantry, Fry, Prep, Flattop, Sauté) - Keep your station stocked, prepared, and clean - Work as a team in a fast-paced environment Prep Cook: - Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties - Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible - Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking - Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc. - Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc. - Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees etc. Dish Washer - Maintain the dish pit to ensure the highest level of safety and sanitation - Work as a team in a fast-paced environment We look forward to meeting you!
