I have a bunch of small lava rocks that are too small for what I want to do in my aquariums. Lava rock is great for aquariums as it is light, looks great, and provides lots of surface area for beneficial bacteria to flourish. These are tiny! Would be best in tanks under 5 gallons or else they’ll just look like pebbles.
