She might be wearing a brown leather-looking harness and dragging a leash line. She is about 2 feet tall, 45 pounds, short hair, and is mostly brown with white socked feet and a white markings on her chest. She was in the downtown Tulsa area as of 10:00 am Friday 3/12.
