Job Description The purpose of Solo’s Brand Ambassador Team is to drive brand awareness and user acquisition at www.worksolo.com. You would be a face to face brand ambassador engaging with and encouraging workers in the gig economy to join the Solo community. This opportunity provides hourly base pay with upside for driven, high performers. Essential Job Functions: Representatives will have several Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following: - Network and build trusting relationships with potential new users - Thoroughly understand our platform to inform potential new users - Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends and promoting Solo’s give/get - referral program - Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas - Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product teams regarding customers’ requests - Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule - Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers - Respond in a timely manner to Solo Team Lead Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, outgoing and sociable - Approachable, friendly and comfortable interacting in group settings - Strong organizational and time management skills - Must be able to stand for long periods of time - Must manage your own transportation within the Seattle area - Experience working in the gig economy a plus - Experience working as a promoter/brand ambassador a plus Job & Compensation Details - This is a contract position ranging from 10 to 20 hours per week - $15/hour base pay plus bonuses for every new user you sign up
