Description
We're looking for folks who have 2+ years of experience working with phone support for a company in the healthcare, insurance, banks, or utilities space. This can be phone support for customers, or tech/service support for internal employees of the company. Extra bonus if you've had some experience thinking about the design of phone routing and caller identity verification.
Looking to interview you for about 30-min on Zoom / phone, and we will offer you a $25 gift card for Amazon or another widely-usable choice.
