Local (Kingwood) Professional Painting company is in need of a professional handyman. This is not full-time work, but project work. We often have "peripheral" work that needs to be done to a home or business. Examples of frequent projects are: hardi-plank replacement, wood rot repair, front door refinishing, light electrical and plumbing, and brick and mortar repair. Successful candidates must have skills in electrical, carpentry, painting/staining and occasionally plumbing. A jack-of-all trades is perfect. Must have own tools and transportation, and commercial liability insurance. Work can be in the Humble/Kingwood area, but we work all over the city. This is perfect for someone who is already a handyman contractor, but needs additional work. We are busy and almost every project has something that would be negotiated with the handyman. Must be able to communicate in English.
