Ready to inspire the next generation of Bay Area runners? Eager to empower girls with confidence, joy, and healthy habits to last a lifetime? Join our team and coach with us at Panorama Elementary School! Girls on the Run of the Bay Area is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated volunteer coaches of all gender identities and levels of experience to mentor teams of 3rd-5th grade girls during our Spring 2021 season! We provide all the training, curriculum, and supplies needed to safely and successfully coach an entire season! Meeting after-school in small teams or connecting virtually, 2-3 trained volunteer coaches lead teams of 12 girls through 8 weeks of fun, interactive lessons and uplifting running games to support social, emotional, and physical wellness. Our coaches inspire joyful movement, but don't have to be runners themselves! If you have 5 hours a week in March-May to give back to girls in your community, fill out our Spring Coach Application by March 15th!
