Blue Sky Roofing and General Contractor has several positions open for ground crew. This is an entry level position starting on the ground cleaning up roofing debris. If your good with heights you can begin doing tear-off on the roof and then we’ll train you to shingle. Here’s the pay scale for roofing: Entry level roofers and ground crew $15/hr Apprentice roofers $17/hr Journeyman roofers $20/hr Journeyman roofers with job site responsibilities or rock star roofers $20-30/hr The above pay scale for roofers could could take as little as 6 months for the right person new to the trade.
