GARDENER AND LIGHT ANIMAL CARE (SOUTH ASHLAND) Job Description: Looking for a gardener to provide care and maintenance for a large sustainable organic farm. The garden contains a variety of vegetables and flowers. Occasionally, produce is donated to the local food bank. Job Duties: General Maintenance of the grounds; mowing, weed eating, cutting back roses and blackberries. Light animal care is needed for sheep and a horse. Candidate must have the following qualities: Reliable, punctual, with a good work ethic. Capable of working unsupervised. Job Details: Reliable transportation is needed for the job. One to three days a week from 8am to 6pm. We would like a 6 to 8-month commitment. Pay is negotiable.
