Traffic Control Flaggers Needed © craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap compensation: $15.00hr. to start must be certified employment type: part-time TCS - Traffic Control Services is seeking applicants for traffic flagging positions in Medford, Grants Pass, and Ashland. This a variable hour position and we cannot guarantee the amount of hours you will be working on a weekly basis. Typically our employees work part-time hours but some times more. Please do not apply unless this component of the position satisfies your requirements. Successful candidates must be/possess: 18 years or older Valid driver's license Dependable vehicle (Candidates must have a dependable vehicle at their disposal as most work locations are not on public transportation routes). Must be willing to travel up to 50 mile one-way for a job assignment. Be available to work Monday-Friday (6:00 am-6:00 pm) with some overtime available. Possess or willingness to obtain a Oregon State Flagger Certification and essential training will be provided. Experience preferred but not required. All Flagging Gear is required! Duties will include: Being on time to job assignment at all times. Standing on cement for extended periods of time, possible as much as 8-12 hours per day in weather elements including; exposure to hot and cold temperatures while controlling a signaling device (paddle). Ability to bend at the waist, stoop, squat and bend at the knees as required on a regular basis. Ability to reach above head including; full upper mobility Able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
