We are currently seeking a Caretaker to join our team at, a 196 unit apartment community in Omaha, NE. Position Summary: As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the building(s) and surrounding grounds in a neat and tidy manner. Responsibilities: Maintain general appearance of the property and grounds Clean common areas, hallways, and amenities Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents Establish a pleasant atmosphere and relations with residents Be on-call as scheduled by management Qualifications: Previous housekeeping and cleaning experience preferred Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed About Us: Dominium manages more than 30,000 apartments in 19 states with a staff of more than 1,200 employees. As long-term owners, we have been committed to providing housing solutions for more than four decades.
