Need an Arm Wrestling table to be built

Hello I am looking for an experienced handyman to construct an Arm Wrestling table. They unfortunately are taking months to order online due to the pandemic. I would like this table to be extremely durable, and to be made out of very high quality materials. In addition to this table, I want a pulley or load bearing system to be mounted onto this table so that I can practice solo with weights when no one is here to train.
