Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Technician (Full Time) We are expanding our landscape maintenance team and looking to create a career path for the individual that can make an immediate difference to our company and someone who is most aligned with our ecofriendly values. We are looking for someone who has experience...so please do not apply if you are new to this industry. Experience Required *Minimum 2 years experience *Fluency with irrigation systems, timers and repairs *Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (no exceptions) *Must be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn new methods and a new approach to organic and natural landscape maintenance *MUST have a strong work ethic and an eye for detail...if you don’t, please apply with our competitors *Able to work 8 hour days in the Arizona HEAT *Very important...we are looking for a great personality fit within our team. You might have tons of experience but if you do not bring a positive attitude to work every single day then you will not be a good fit...seriously! *Must be fluent in English We start our employees out at $15/hour and move you up to $16/hour after a positive 90 day review. If you are a freakin’ rock star and feel you deserve more then plead your case! Just so you know, this position is not for a crew lead or foreman (yet) but the opportunity is definitely there if you show up and literally bring your A~Game on a DAILY BASIS.
