Production Associate Growing water filtration manufacturing company seeking full-time production associate, part-time also considered. Ideal candidate will have production, plumbing or warehouse experience. Candidate must be “handy” and willing to take on a multitude of various projects while adhering to company policies, and safety standards. This candidate will be a "jack of all trades" willing to “roll up their sleeves” and "wear multiple hats." Pay $13 – 15 per hour, plus overtime, plus bonuses. Typical pay $45k annually including overtime and bonuses for full-time workers. Facility is 100% AC, and a friendly, nice environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of tasks involved in the assembly of products • Pack, general labor, straighten, count and unfold product to specification • Work in various areas of production of the plant as required by production demands • Monitor and/or assist in identifying defects, mechanical or material issues • Comply with all safety policies, company procedures and best practices • Maintain a safe and clean work area Qualifications and Requirements: • Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude • Good communications, math, reading and writing skills • Able to work in a team environment in a diverse workforce • Able to work at a fast paced and repetitive work environment • Able push/pull/move 50 lbs. or more, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time • Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed • Quality, safety minded, reliable, precise and self-motivated
