We are excited to announce we are currently hiring for a Construction Superintendent for Buckeye Hospitality Construction. The primary role of this position will be to manage the construction of new restaurants and major remodel projects for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants.

Essential Responsibilities-
• Receive all pertinent project information form Project Manager
• Become familiar with plans, specifications, site, local codes, local officials, and inspection procedures
• Assist Project Manager in developing the project schedule
• Schedule all company associates, subcontractors and deliveries as needed to not adversely impact the project schedule
• Schedule and attend all required inspections
• Establish and maintain benchmarks and reference points for ongoing layout of work
• Communicate, implement, and enforce company safety policy as it pertains to assigned project
• Attend job meetings and/or other meetings as may be required for the successful and timely completion of current project
• Facilitate weekly safety meetings at job site
Qualifications-
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Experience in computer technology
• Ideal candidate will have experience in ground-up construction, renovations, with an emphasis on retail/restaurants
• National Travel is required for this position: 70% Travel
