We need an outdoor helper for mowing, weeding, and more

We (my wife and I) are looking for someone with reasonable stamina, who enjoys working outdoors. Specifically, we need someone to use our riding mower across our fields, pull weeds, line-trim, power-edging, blowing/sweeping, filling small divots in our fields, wheelbarrow compost into our vegetable garden, and if you're comfortable, perhaps learn to help us with our chickens, pigs, and alpacas. Beyond all that, some other sorts of work for the right person might be available: fence maintenance, power-washing, animal chores, vegetable garden activities, etc. You preferably have experience with, and enjoy this sort of work, or at least really want to learn. This would be as the weather allows, 10-20 hours per week, flexible days. We need a consistent worker who will be here every week because especially this time of year, the grass needs regular mowing. We need a kind, covid-cautious, reliable person for at least the next couple of months, perhaps through October, with the possibility for a bit of work here and there through next winter. Pay would be hourly, $15+, depending on your experience, but also how you work. We've had a number of nice people help us in previous years, some work a bit faster, some a bit less so :) Some show up reliably, some not so much :) We are kind and want to be fair. Work can begin immediately for the right person. We are in the northwest Ridgefield area, a few minutes from downtown Ridgefield.
