Drywall install/repair and Trim removal/replacement

I am seeking to hire a trustworthy, reliable and reasonable contractor who can repair and install drywall, as well as remove and install trim/moldings. I have 3 walls that currently have wood paneling, that I would like covered in 1/4" drywall. I have 1/4" extension plates for the few existing outlets/switches in these walls. I want all baseboards removed and replaced with flat primed white 1 x 4, and crown moldings removed and replaced with primed white 1 x 2. As well as all interior door moldings replaced with matching flat primed white 1x4 or 1x3. As I am residing in the house with my family, neatness is vital. So it is important that the person I hire has the proper tools and knowledge to do this job in sections while containing the sheet rock dust. Please contact me to schedule a time to come inspect the job in detail in order to provide your estimate. Paid in full upon completion of work. I will only pay for material delivered to my home in advance (or I will purchase materials) and perhaps a small deposit as I have had several issues with contractors taking deposits then not showing up as scheduled. So if you want to break your estimate down into room or sections, that is fine by me, and I can pay you as you complete those.
