Our programs have helped thousands of people worldwide improve their health and live with greater joy and purpose. This introductory workshop will help you gain clarity on what Body & Brain classes, workshops, and private sessions have to offer.
We'll introduce some basic concepts and get familiar with signature exercises like meridian stretching, dahn jon tapping (a moving meditation), intestine exercise (for circulation and better gut health), and deep breathing and relaxation. We highly recommend this class for all new members and visitors.
All new memberships will be offered for 10% off to participants of this workshop.
