Young's Art Center & Carmita Smiles bring you Yoga At The CLE MARKET A walk through the market and a moment for a breath and a stretch. Carmita will guide the class through a mid-day vinyasa flow. This is a yoga class that is family friendly. Participants will have time before and/or after to visit vendors at the market brought to you by CLE MARKET. Market runs 11am - 3pm every 2nd Sunday of the month. Yoga begins at 1pm inside Young's Art Center. New and experienced yoga practitioners welcome. *Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, towel, and water bottle with water. *
