Take this delicious cooking class, and bring home dinner to enjoy! This cooking class is designed to help you master the technique of making beef rolls with a tomato based sauce including garlic, onions, and peppers! We will make the braciole and then create the sauce.  While the beef is simmering, Donna will show you how to create a delicious cheese filled bread with herbs to serve with your entree'. Our class will help you discover how food is the true heart of Italy. Once the class is complete, you will wrap up your meal to take home and enjoy along with a pound of pasta on us! Class price is per person. COOKING CLASSES Our cooking classes provide you with a hands on opportunity to learn about Italian cuisine from our talented staff. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the class as they start promptly. There are no credits or refunds for less than 14 days notice. We encourage you to send someone in your place should you be unable to attend class. If you sign up for a class and do not show up for any reason the entire class fee is non-refundable, and no future credit will be given. We will not cancel a class for weather, however if there is a “State of Emergency”, Vince’s will notify you of alternatives.
