Downtown Harrisonburg, FREE, social-distanced and covid-friendly easter egg hunt for kids of all ages across 18 unique downtown buisnesses. The Friendly City Merchants and HDR Present Downtown Harrisonburg’s Shop Hop! Celebrate spring and support small businesses as your family strolls through downtown collecting Easter eggs filled with sweet treats, little toys, and coupons from 18 participating businesses. This event is free but advanced sign up is required and select a time to pick up your Easter bag as we are staggering check-in times. Choose to arrive for bag pick up between 11 am-2 pm or 2 pm – 4 pm. Pick up location TBD. Note: This event requires ALL participants to properly wear a mask over their nose and mouth, take care to stay at least 6 feet away from others who are in not in your party, and to follow CDC guidelines and all posted guidelines at each business you visit.
