Our styled shoot is in Muncie,IN @The North Church Venue. The Historical event space provides a unique look to update any wedding portfolio. Our shoot will be held on Sunday May 16th, 2021. We will be offering 5 photography setups. Attendees will be split up into groups. There will be 5 groups made up of 4-photographers, 1-videographer per group. Each group will rotate through all 5 setups. There will be at least 1-hour devoted to open shooting. During open shooting, you can choose to go back to a setup of your choice (keeping with 4 people per station). We’re offering an Afternoon Styled Shoot and an Evening Styled Shoot. AFTERNOON STYLED SHOOT | 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM EVENING STYLED SHOOT | 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM Please notice that Beginner Lighting Class runs into the Afternoon Styled Shoot time. If you want to book the Beginner Lighting Class you need to purchase an Evening Styled Shoot ticket. Stations include: Setup 1 | Large elegant bridal table with bride & groom. Setup 2 | Stained-glass window/grand piano with bride & groom models. Setup 3 | Single bride model in the bridal suite. Setup 4 | Courtyard styled with lay-flat designs, vintage rentals, wedding gown, and other vendor content. Setup 5 | Cake and other confections displayed on a vintage vanity and other vintage furniture. Add on option We will be offering 2 lighting classes in the morning. There will be a Beginner Lighting Class and an Advanced Lighting Class, with 6 spots available per class. ADVANCED LIGHTING CLASS | 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM BEGINNER LIGHTING CLASS | 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM Styled Shoot Policy: By purchasing this ticket, the ticket holder agrees, to the following below: · All tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another photographer. Any photographer purchasing a transfer ticket must abide by all policies and guidelines for the event. · Participants must credit and tag all vendors (a list of vendors will be provided) on social media posts. · Participants must credit all vendors and indicate that it’s a workshop on any submission for publication. · Attendees must wear a mask and will need to sign a waiver of liability upon check-in. · Full details and itinerary will be emailed a week prior to the shoot
