Here at NorthStar Restorations, we are seeking a motivated and determined individual to join our workforce. Each day, your task will be to maintain and create confident clientele communications and upkeep between them and our valuable crew members. We take WAY more than just pride in our line of work, we thrive on initiative and flexibility between complex ever-changing tasks in a high-stress environment. Due to how busy our office is, training will be minimal so experience or will-power to tackle new challenges with minimum supervision will provide opportune gain over other applicants.
Your tasks will include but not limit to QuickBooks entering for all accounts receivable (including all vendors/receipts/credit memos), Calculating time-cards to determine pay-per-employee, Entering SIAF codes per employee per job per 2-week period, Creating the Estimators calendar, Answer Phone-Calls, Maintain a daily record log for things completed, Direct all new leads, Order materials/blueprints, and Clean the office periodically.
