Building fence help for small business

I am a contractor looking for help with a fence job. Worker must be at least 18 years old, be able to dig holes and do heavy lifting, and some knowledge of fence building preferred. Worker will be put on payroll. Wage is negotiable, based on experience and willingness to work hard and do quality work. I’m hoping to start next week. Carpooling is a possibility if you live in Bothell area.
