Help isolated seniors cross the digital divide

This pandemic has shone a light on the disconnect many of those in our community experience by not having internet connection The Pike Market Senior Center has the opportunity to obtain 20 hotspots that we could distribute to older adults living in Market neighborhood. BUT we don't have the bandwidth during this intensely busy time to offer tech support. We are looking for someone who has good communication skills, cultural competency, patience, and of course, the IT skill, to teach folks how to use the hotspots and who can be available for a couple of weeks after the training to troubleshoot. We will provide Covid-19-safe location for the training. You would need to be available during the day.
