QUALIFICATIONS: -High School Diploma or equivalent education required, some college education preferred -Experience working in roofing and/or construction is required -Bilingual in Spanish is a plus -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record -Will need to drive to service Denver Metro Area and Northern Colorado -Ability to pass a drug screening and background check -Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during high season -Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills -Must be able to multitask and have high attention to detail -Physical requirements include stooping, crouching, climbing ladders, as well as lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. -Ability to work well and promote a positive atmosphere with other team members in the field OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION: -Oversee residential and commercial projects so that they are completed to quality standards. -Attend and Coordinate meetings with vendors and subcontractors as needed. -Work with various vendors obtaining bids -Communicate crew expectations at the beginning of jobs. -Visit job sites and perform repair duties while out in the field. -Picking up materials to deliver to various job sites as needed throughout the Denver metro and Northern Colorado area. -Conduct on-site quality audits with photo documentation, if needed. -Perform on-site material returns if there is left over material at the end of a job. -Printing and posting permit at job sites prior to work being completed.- -Ensure the job is closed down according to provided specifications. -Use digital mobile tools in the field to effectively communicate with the operations team regarding relevant job details and updates. -Safety and security - the ability to identify and correct unsafe conditions according to company protocol and OSHA standards. -Transport ladders as needed for mid-roof and final inspections. -Assist in organizing and taking inventory of company storage.
