Join us in this hands-on seminar where you'll learn how to restore motion and decrease pain in your client or patient's muscular system.
Mobility is vital to maintaining mental and physical health.
This intensive seminar will be covering full body muscular anatomy. It will include self & assisted stretches, cross friction mobilization, myofascial release, as well as an introduction to the psychological and emotional effects that soft tissue release can facilitate.
This intimate, interactive setting allows you the opportunity to increase your confidence and skillset with soft tissue assessment and treatment. Attendees will work with one another practicing guided soft tissue techniques. The number of participants will be limited allowing the opportunity for more one-on-one assistance from instructors.
