This position will require prior experience in glazing IGU'S and Service/Repair work of Windows & Doors. Must have 2 years experience working with Vinyl, Clad/Wood, Fiberglass and other types. Heres what we are looking for -Must be able to manage and train new techs. -Clean driving record for last 3yrs, before hiring we will need a 3yr drivers abstract from DMV -Able to work independently on own or in a team setting -Must have basic math skills addition, subtraction, fractions, etc -Must know how to read a tape measure. -Good communication skills verbal and written. There will be reports to fill out -Problem Solver -Comfortable on ladder -Follows directions -Able to lift 50lbs or more at times. -Basic tool knowledge and experience -Available to travel Pay is $26-$28hr BOE Plus travel Perdiem Paid sick leave Direct Deposit Weekends off Retirement Plan I'm looking for those interested in a long term career with a growing family owned Business.
