Seeking highly motivated construction operators, pipe layers and laborers to join our team. Must have 3 years experience in Construction industry. Examples of Labor and Pipe-Layer job responsibilities: Work with operators installing a range of pipe materials and sizes. Work safely and efficiently in ditches/trenches. Be able to handle pipe and other materials associated with construction. Perform related duties as assigned. Maintain a clean and orderly work site free of debris and garbage. Maintain, clean tools and organize work vehicles. Uses manual and power tools, Performs light to medium manual laborer. Examples of Operator job responsibilities: Operates different types of machinery safely and successfully. Work with groundmen and pipe layers. Have the ability to dig main line, power trenching and to final grade around residential lots. Operator must be able to read and interpret civil drawings and civil staking. Have the ability to read and understand plan details. Candidates must meet the following requirements: Ability to understand and follow specific oral and instructions Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, often under adverse climatic conditions Maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others Operate motor vehicles Perform light to medium manual labor Must have reliable transportation Must have 2 valid forms of ID (driver's license, social security card, birth certificate, passport) Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check Must have at least 2 verifiable references About Us: C&C Development is a utilities contractor on the Kitsap Peninsula who specializes in excavation, site development and preparation, underground utilities, forestry logging, land clearing, trucking and demolition.
