We have entry level labor and trimming positions, skilled labor positions, management positions, staff accounting, construction, electrician, and lead farm grower positions. We have immediate Full-Time openings for the following positions: - Trim & Pack Staff (Processing) - Farm Tech (Level 1-3) (Production) - Light Dep Team (Production) - Farm Lead Grower (Production) - Infrastructure Manager (Infrastructure) - Accounting/Finance Manager (Corp) - Electrician (Infrastructure) - Mechanic (Infrastructure) - Construction Labor (Infrastructure) Certain things that matter…. - You must be 21 or older to work for us. - You must be local to Okanogan and live within 30min of the farm. - Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry. - Working knowledge of state and federal labor laws, rules and regulations. - Some positions require strong Microsoft Office, experience and knowledge, with advanced excel skills. - Google Apps/G-Mail/G-Drive, QuickBooks Online, etc. - You must be a hard worker and arrive on time for your shift - Being a self-started is also very desirable. - Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 70 pounds (100 pounds with assistance). - This job function may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching. - You must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from work. - You need to work well with others and be part of a successful team. - Ability to work well, individually and in teams, with a diverse group of people. - Excellent people skills are a big plus. Everyone needs to enjoy who they are working with - Ability to instigate, change and improve processes. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Possess the highest level of confidentiality and integrity. Other Important Details - Work Schedule/Shift Openings: Monday – Sunday 2am-8am, 6am-4pm, 12noon-8pm; extended hours, weekends and holidays may be required.
