Maintenance tech/ handy worker. Professional and reliable. Knowledgeable of home repairs with a general understanding of electrical and HVAC is preferred. Scattered site work, transportation is a required and tools.
Responsibilities include:
- property inspections
- Work order/tasks completions
- Project management
- Vendor management
- Handling all other duties assigned including actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
