Eagle Drilling Services is looking for our next amazing warehouse assistant. If you are interested in this position, you must complete our online application at: This is not your typical warehouse position. This is more than organizing inventory! You'll be working with our drillers and our driller's assistants to make sure our warehouse is organized and tidy. That could mean washing trucks, washing augers, organizing/ordering parts, etc. Each day will hold something new. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is willing to start from the bottom and work their way up. The selected individual must have mechanical skills, be familiar with performing machine maintenance, organizing inventory and parts, and previous experience welding is helpful. The selected individual must also have the ability to work well with other staff members, have good written and verbal communication skills, be able to follow safety guidelines, and demonstrate potential and motivation through actions in their work. This position requires the individual to capable of heavy lifting (50 lbs.), and to be able to work under adverse weather conditions. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. **welding experience is a plus!** Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Summary: The warehouse assistant is expected to organize inventory and parts and perform routine maintenance. Essential Functions: 1. Follow Safety Manual Guidelines and work safely at all times 2. Organize inventory and parts 3. Perform equipment maintenance 4. Complete paperwork 5. Learn about drilling procedures 6. Perform welding and repairs 7. Support the team, the supervisor, and the company 8. Demonstrate potential and motivation through actions in their work 9. Perform other duties as assigned Desired Outcomes or Results: Drillers will have the tools and equipment to perform high quality work in a manner consistent with the Company’s goals and standards. Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required or Desirable: • Experience welding, performing machine maintenance, and organizing inventory and parts preferred • Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently; good physical condition • Ability to work outside in extreme temperatures • Ability to work safely • Valid Nevada Driver’s License • Minimum 2 years High School strongly preferred • Good physical condition • Written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills • Mechanical skills • Ability to work well with others Again, if you are interested in this position, you MUST complete our online application first.
