Vinco is a rapidly growing telecommunications construction company. We are looking for a motivated Construction Manager with telecom construction experience to support our planned growth in the Iowa/Midwest market. This position is based in Iowa, with a preference for the DSM area. Qualifications of the ideal candidate include: * A minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in telecom construction projects – with some experience as a Construction Manager * Requires valid driver's license with a decent MVR. * Basic circuit and hardware knowledge * Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task * Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and electronic estimating software * Must be able to lead a crew professionally and effectively to the completion of work, and in conformance with schedule, customer requirements, and budget guidelines. * Ability to establish, manage, plan and think strategically, and have an understanding of job budgets. * Ability to build and foster collaborative relationships. * Demonstrate excellent decision-making abilities. * Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
