Property Management Company seeking "Jack or Jill of all trades". Actually ALL seems a little much so we would be happy with good skills in a couple of areas like minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general fix it ability. We have apartments, hotels, and other commercial properties that always need something fixed. Majority of work will be indoors. Our long time Maintenance Director could use the help and could probably teach someone a few things in areas where they are not the strongest in. - Full time/year round position. - Hours 7:30 AM to 4:00PM. - Monday through Friday. - Must have own tools, vehicle, and valid Driver's License.
