Looking for skilled craftsmen and painters to do minor repairs, clearing trees and debris away from the two-family house, and preparing for the whole house and deck painting. Make minor repairs to the deck, replace the screen door, scrape the old paint where it requires, remove old time warner cables-boxes off the property and paint a two-family home. The two colors will consist of white for the whole house with green trim and a dark deck stain under the roof area. The team must have their own tools, respect the small street community and have a clear understanding of time management. This property must show progress in a phased approach—payment scheduled during these phases. I will not accept a sloppy job. Attention and pride to detail is a critical element.
