This position is responsible for wall repair and painting in common areas, stairways, vacant units and occasionally exterior of building. This position will also be trained to assist in unit turnovers when necessary which includes cleaning of kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, windows etc. also includes minor maintenance throughout facility. Duties will include but not limited to the following. - Wall repair - Painting - Turnover/cleaning of vacant units. - Minor maintenance.
