POSITION: Maintenance Lead/Coordinator (Full-time: Semi-flexible schedule: Salary based on experience)
SKILLS
Self motivated
Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations (Not Required)
High level of organization and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (Email, word, excel, & etc)
Professionalism

Reliable
EDUCATION/ REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18+ years of age or older
High School Diploma
Valid Divers License
Reliable transportation (Pick-up Truck/ Van Preferred)
3-5 years of maintenance experience
Must pass a background check
RESPONSIBILITIES
10% office work, 90% field
Promptly respond to emails, calls, and texts
Communication with property manager, crew, contractors, tenants, and owners
Tracking hours per property (filling out time sheets)
Able to be contacted off hours or on weekends in case of emergency when on call
Maintaining city rental License
Removal of trash/ items left behind at properties
Maintain standards of rental properties
Snow removal/ lawn care
Basic Plumbing
Basic Electrical
Basic painting/ drywall repair
Basic furnace knowledge
Emergency coordination
Basic window/ door repair
Basic appliance repair
Flashing on roofs occasionally (Preferred, not required)
