Maintenance Technician Summit Management is hiring a full time Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for overall maintenance and upkeep of our apartments and grounds. Job Responsibilities: Engage in grounds activities to ensure parking lots and exterior surroundings are accessible, safe and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Including but not limited to snow removal, landscaping, trash collection and lawn care. Responsible for building maintenance including but not limited to light plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, door hardware repairs, carpet cleaning, and carpentry Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owed by the company. Assist in keeping the buildings clean and completing turn overs. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all building occupants, management and coworkers while working in a team environment. Job Requirements: Maintain a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful attitude with the residents, and staff Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proficient on a computer and iPhone Able to plan, prioritize, and manage own work Able to work a flexible work schedule, evenings and weekends as needed.
