Southern Rock band seeks 2nd lead guitar

Southern Rock band seeking a second lead guitarist. Must have pro gear and be willing/able to do some minor weekend traveling. Vocals a plus but not a must. Into the standard bands- Allmans, Blackfoot, CDB,.38 Special etc. We'll be playing covers but we also have a set of originals when opening for national acts. New guitarist will be playing about a 40/60 split with the other guitarist. Looking for a Dickey Betts/Gary Rossington style player, who knows tone and works well with another guitar player...too many people have been trying to outplay the other guitarist, instead of trying to be a solid Allman Bros-style team. Shredders need not apply. ;-) Please send any live video you may have from playing in other bands to help narrow the search down. Hope to hear from y'all!
