Part-Full time screen washer for busy screen print shop, no experience needed. Flexible schedule, great opportunity as a second job or as a part time job for a student. Monday-Friday, 6-8 hours anytime between 6am and 8pm (after training). A weekend shift may be swapped for a weekday by request. SUMMARY: Cleans and reclaims used screens by scraping off ink, de-taping, and washing using chemicals and a pressure washer. RESPONSIBILITIES: Scraps out ink and peels tape off used screens Cleans both sides of screens with ink solvent. Process screens with stripping solution to remove stencil emulsion or film. Monitor solution mixture for correct concentration and temperature. Rinse reclaimed screens. Degrease new or reclaimed screens prior to application of next stencil. Utilized rubber gloves, apron, face mask, protective glasses, and other equipment as required for personal safety. Observe all safety rules.
