POSITION: PC Case Assembly Tech BUSINESS: Sliger Designs HOURS: M-F, 8am-4:30pm COMPENSATION: $14/HR, 40 hours per week, bi-weekly pay period. Health insurance and PTO (after 90 days) DESCRIPTION Sliger Designs seeks an individual with strong self management abilities, organizational skills, a knack for cleanliness, and an eye for quality to join our order fulfillment team! This position is primarily production work (assembling product, cleaning product, quality checks, boxing orders, processing shipments, etc.) but also includes other smaller tasks such as cycle counts of inventory, receiving inventory & returns, and assisting in boxing and shipping of product at end of day. No prior experience is required, but will put you ahead of other applicants! RESPONSIBILITIES - Assembly of products and product sub-assemblies (using electric screw drivers, manual tools, etc.) - Assist with cleaning, boxing, shipping, and general processing of orders. - Perform cycle counts of inventory. - Locating order pick tickets for making changes to orders or cancellations. - Unracking and quality checking of finished parts. - Quality control of assemblies, parts, and shipments. - Moving racks, pallets, and carts around and between departments. - Move parts from department to department on pallet jacks. - Basic cleaning duties; dusting/vacuuming tables, cleaning machinery, sweeping floors, organizing tools, emptying trash cans etc. REQUIREMENTS - Will be required to wear a cloth mask, KN95 mask, or surgical mask for entire shift - Must follow CDC social distancing and hand washing requirements - Good verbal communication. - Ability to read, interpret and fill out written forms for internal work processes. - Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Good hygiene, shower daily. - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. - No baggy or loose fitting clothes or jewelry. - Close-toed shoes.
