SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday HOURS: Flexible, anytime from 7am to 8pm PST POSITION: GENERAL LABORER, METAL FABRICATION COMPENSATION: $15/hr Job Responsibilities: - Operation of osculating disc, polish wheels, sanding belts, files, and other debur equipment. - Safely shake out of parts from laser skeletons, shear and discard skeletons into scrap bins. - Count and QC parts coming from Laser / Punch department. - Operate hardware presses and assist when needed with press brake department. - Move parts from department to department on pallet jacks, carts, and racks. - Assist with loading and unloading of Punch / Laser. - Assist in powder coat department including cleaning, masking, racking, unracking, QC, and unmasking. - Assist with sub-assembly and top level assembly tasks in assembly department. - Assist with preparation for shipping and packaging. - Other mechanical and work process tasks that may arise. - Basic cleaning duties, dusting/vacuuming tables, cleaning machinery, sweeping floors, organizing tools, emptying trash cans etc. Requirements: - Will be required to wear a cloth mask, KN95 mask, or surgical mask for entire shift - Must follow CDC social distancing and hand washing requirements - Good hygiene, shower daily. - Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Good verbal and written communication. - Ability to read, interpret and fill out written forms for internal work processes. - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. - No baggy or loose fitting clothes or jewelry. - Comfortable shoes, boots recommended.
