The perks: • Hourly pay $13/Hr and up depending on experience. Overtime is available. • Health insurance kicks in after working just 3 months (we pay 50% of cost). Longevity pays around here. After two years we pay 75% of the health insurance cost. • Employer contributes to your SIMPLE IRA. • Seven paid holidays a year. • No nights or weekends, open Monday-Friday 8-5. • Paid vacation time. • Certification and training paid by owner. • Holiday bonus.
