Purpose:
The custodial account manager is responsible for leading team members to achieve their best everyday while imparting technical skills to maximize efficiency. Regular mentoring and coaching will help drive employee success and retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Fosters relationships with the team to develop unity.
• Assures shifts are covered and scope of work is met.
• Effectively manages service delivery of existing business for scope of work (SOW)
• Executes plans to meet and exceed customers’ needs.
• Attends walkthroughs and meeting with onsite managers or customer.
• Manages resources effectively.
• Prepares for measurement and audit by compiling documents for customer and company requirements.
• Performs regular checks of team’s work to assure tasks are completed according to specifications.
Requirements:
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Customer-service focused.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand or walk up to 12 hours per day. Must be able to reach overhead to clean surfaces; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
