Be careful with “Purebred” puppies!!!

I bought my “purebred” Australian Shepherd off Craigslist two years ago. As she got older it turned out she is a complete mutt and not even half Aussie. They even docked the tail to make the puppies appear “purebred”. The parents were just close enough to make it believable (if they were even the real parents) now she had a multitude of health problems. She’s a nice dog, but when paying lots of money for your “purebred” puppy, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW they absolutely without a doubt are pure.
